After all isn't chiropractic a treatment for headaches, whiplash, and sciatica pain. Yes, it helps all those things, but there is more. Have you ever stopped to think about how chiropractic helps those conditions? It works on such a variety of conditions because a chiropractic adjustment realigns the nervous system transmuting negative stress into positive stress. The chiropractic adjustment therefore improves the function of your entire body optimizing your potential as a human being, making it a key component in a healthy life style. The chiropractic adjustment tunes up the nervous system so the body can continue to be as healthy as possible. Combining it along with diet, exercise, and positive mental attitude one has an affect formula for staying healthy. People ask if I get adjusted. Yes; absolutely; I get adjusted weekly. After an adjustment my low back pain improves but so does my attitude, my energy, and depending on what I was feeling like before the adjustment, for example, my acid reflux improves as well. I have been a chiropractic patient for about 25 years. I often wonder what kind of condition my health would be in if I had never been adjusted. By the way I am just turning 50 and my health is pretty darn good.
